That changes what is possible: private openings, a chef who cooks for your dietary list rather than a buffet, and a coach that leaves when you are ready.
We handle the parts that make group travel difficult. Rooming lists, single supplements, split payments across households, dietary and mobility needs, and the celebration nobody told you about until the third day.
Six to about twenty is where private group travel works best: one coach, one guide, and a table everyone can hear across. Above thirty we split into parallel groups with their own guides, converging for the meals and the moments that are better shared.

Yes. We invoice households individually rather than making one person collect from everyone else, which is usually the least enjoyable part of organizing a group trip.
That is normal and we plan for it. A common shape is a shared morning with the guide and an open afternoon, with optional add-ons for whoever wants them, so the museum enthusiasts and the poolside contingent both get their trip.
